Vase Bolinha

Sale price32,00 €
Farbe: Taubenblau
Low on stock

BOLINHA is what we like to call our small, round vase. Filled with a poppy or a delicate thistle, it decorates small tables, bathrooms and bedside tables.

Its design is reminiscent of the first onomao vase, which we have subtly developed further. The diameter of the opening offers more space - the optimized collar also gives the shape a reduced and clear detail.

Color and glazes are applied by hand. Therefore, each vase is unique.
Due to the production by hand, each shape is a little bit different. So even with vases, there are small differences that can be subtly noticeable. We consider these natural variations as part of the beauty of each piece.
Since our vases are natural products, it may happen in individual cases that the vase is not 100% waterproof.

Care Instructions

• Our vases are dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, a treatment with vinegar or tooth cleaning tabs helps against bacteria.
Stronger residues can be removed by hand with a dishwashing brush.

About our Vases

Our large, round BOLA vase loves pine branches and freshly picked flowers. Its design is reminiscent of the first onomao vase, which we have subtly refined. The diameter of the opening offers enough space for generous bouquets. The collar also gives the shape a minimalist and clear detail. With its round design, the vase adorns beautiful floors and large tables.

We affectionately call our small, round vase BOLINHA. Filled with a poppy or a delicate thistle, it adorns small tables, bathrooms and bedside tables.

The largest of our vases, Cristiano, feels most at home on large tables and beautiful floors. Filled with branches and meadow flowers, it adds a fresh accent to any room.

How your home affects your well-being

We know the effect of rooms on our well-being from an early age: We enter a room and feel comfortable - or not. Whether a room makes us feel good depends on countless factors. Some of them we can influence ourselves.

We spend more than 60 percent of our lives within our own four walls. That's quite a lot of time - and since home offices have become part of everyday working life for many people, it has increased even more.

One of the factors that influence us is the smell of a home. If it smells homely, then we also feel comfortable. The smell of warm pancakes, for example, can remind us of childhood and family - we feel safe. A crackling beeswax candle, on the other hand, radiates a calming effect. Another influencing factor is the quality of the air: plants clean it and also provide oxygen, and the eye is also pleased by the sight of fresh flowers in a vase. Likewise, warmth can increase the sense of well-being: snugly wrapped in a warming wool blanket, it is easy to relax, the feet in turn are happy about the carpet next to the bed. Finally, the whole person is happy about a beautifully laid table that radiates joie de vivre and quality. Thus, with the little things we can do great things and beautify our lives.

Close relationship: our first ceramic producer

Every company can surely reflect on that one relevant collaboration that has fundamentally accompanied and shaped the path of individual development. For us, it's the collaboration with Mario.

Mario grew up in a pottery family and had just taken over the management of the family business at the beginning of onomao when we were looking for a manufacturer to be able to establish onomao.

The TRADITIONELL collection is produced, among others, in Mario’s manufactory. Since 2018, all shapes have been created here using clay sourced from the region. Along this journey — from the first prototypes to today’s series — we have learned a great deal about materials, processes, and durability.
