The design
Our collections offer a wide variety of bowls and dishes in different shapes and colors. In Traditional and Classic, you will find unique ceramic products ranging from large fruit bowls and salad bowls to bowls, cereal bowls and soap dishes. Here, too, Traditional impresses with its modern, linear design; the flat underside and straight, high rim, while the Classic bowls are slightly more curved and elegantly raised with the characteristic unglazed base. The color palette ranges from simple, timeless glazes in white or natural tones to more vibrant colors in blue, pink or grey. In our latest collection, Pura, you will find large salad bowls and small bowls for muesli, hearty dishes or desserts in three different colors. Pura impresses with its unique design; the conical shape is combined with a subtly wavy rim and contrasting glaze on the edge. All products are handmade in Portugal, can be combined with each other and are also available in practical sets. You can also find the conical shape in our Aberta collection, including in white glaze with a hand-painted rim in blue and orange.
The forms

Our bowls - medium-sized serving bowls - offer enough space for poke bowls, mixed salads, soups and much more. Our large bowls are the ideal choice for mixed salads, pasta dishes or as a mixing bowl. One of our favorite products: the large bowl with a diameter of 30 cm and a high straight rim is ideal as a fruit bowl or serving platter. Our handmade bowls are not only versatile in the kitchen, but can also be used as decorative bowls. Our soap dish is also brand new.
Bowl sets
Our ceramic and porcelain bowls are available in different shapes and sizes from three collections and are perfect for any occasion. The small bowls are ideal for cereals and desserts and our bowls offer plenty of space for poke bowls, soups or salads. These products are also available in a practical eight-piece bowl set. Mixed salads and pasta dishes become a real eye-catcher on any table in our large bowls or the large bowl. Also suitable as a stylish decorative bowl for fruit. As true all-rounders, our bowls are also part of the dinner and breakfast set and complement every table setting perfectly.
Bowls & trays
The bowls and dishes from onomao are everyday companions in the kitchen and as home accessories. They are available in many different sizes and designs. From the small bowl for breakfast in the morning to the bowl for salad and pasta to the classic fruit bowl. You'll find the right bowl for every dish. Depending on your taste, you can choose between the shapes in the TRADITIONAL, CLASSIC or ABERTA collections. The simplicity of the shapes gives each product a timeless look. The bowls and dishes are produced in manufactories in Portugal. The ceramic is fired at high temperatures, making it particularly robust and durable. The bowl can also be used as a casserole dish and heated in the oven.
Questions & Answers
We mainly produce in Portugal. Our glass products are mouth-blown in the Marinha Grande region in a family-run factory. The region in the north of Portugal is known for its work with glass.
The bowls can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Stoneware is a particularly resistant material, which means that the parts are not damaged by mechanical stress and cleaning agents in the dishwasher.
onomao products are designed for a long service life. They are dishwasher, oven and microwave safe. Handle your crockery with care and take care not to expose it to drastic temperature fluctuations, as this can lead to cracking. With our matt glazes, cutlery abrasion may occur over time. However, this is only superficial and can usually be easily removed with baking soda and a soft cloth.
We do our best to process your order within 2 working days. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner DHL, it usually takes a further 1-3 working days for your order to arrive within Germany. Shipping abroad may take a little longer.
