Our handmade, medium-sized serving platter comes from a Portuguese family manufactory and is characterized by a simple, timeless design. The steep rim around the oval body gives it a subtle yet exciting shape that blends unobtrusively into different table settings.

This medium serving platter is versatile: whether it's for dinner with friends, filled with antipasti or fresh salad, or as a companion for everyday dishes - it's always at hand. Serving plates are more than just everyday objects; they accompany us through festive and quiet moments and encourage conviviality - especially when eating shared dishes.

The medium serving plate in our TRADITIONAL collection is available in various glazes. Made from stoneware, it is easy to clean in the dishwasher and can also withstand heat in the oven. We offer the serving plate in many colors and two sizes.

Every company can surely reflect on that one relevant collaboration that has fundamentally accompanied and shaped the path of individual development. For us, it's the collaboration with Mario.

Mario grew up in a pottery family and had just taken over the management of the family business at the beginning of onomao when we were looking for a manufacturer to be able to establish onomao.

For many, high-quality food has become a fundamental part of their life culture. Conscious nutrition and organically grown food are experiencing a new cult.

Eating also means rest and enjoyment. It is often the time when family members come together from their individual lives and spend time together around the table. Intense communication takes place during this ritual, which otherwise often finds little space.

With onomao ceramics we try to contribute to this culture of life. Through sustainable production and fair manufacturing conditions, they extend the cycle of conscious food intake. Our desire is to develop durable products that visually embellish the ritual of eating for many years.

How do the serving plates differ from the bowls?

The bowls and serving plates are characterized by their flatter shape compared to our classic bowls and dishes. This flat design makes it possible to present food in a particularly appealing and inviting way. In addition, the oval shape of the serving plates ensures that they can be placed between the plates on a narrow table to save space - ideal for a harmonious and aesthetic arrangement.

Are the serving plates dishwasher safe?

The serving plates can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Stoneware is a particularly resistant material, which means that the parts are not damaged by mechanical stress and cleaning agents in the dishwasher.

How do I care for my tableware to keep it in good condition for a long time?

The onomao products are designed for a long durability. They are dishwasher, oven and microwave safe. Handle your dinnerware with care and be careful not to expose it to drastic temperature changes, as this can cause cracking. With our matte glazes, cutlery abrasion may occur over time. However, this is only superficial and is usually easily removed with baking soda and a soft cloth.

How long is the delivery time?

We do our best to process your order within 2 business days. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner DHL, it usually takes another 1-3 business days within Germany until your order arrives. Shipping to foreign countries may take a little longer.
