THE KLASSIK CERAMICS MANUFACTORY

In the course of developing our second tableware collection KLASSIK, we went in search of another ceramic manufactory. We landed at a family business, which sits in the rolling hills behind Porto. The family looks back on a long ceramic tradition. Working with clay has been consistently passed down and specialized from generation to generation.

Our KLASSIK collection is hand tamped before a drying process to clean and refine it to be glazed before firing. Creative hand-painting is one of the manufactory's hobbyhorses. Thus KLASSIK gets her stripes missed in loving handwork in the small studio.

LOYAL COMPANIONS

Most people think very little about the number of everyday actions. The fact that we pick up a mug or cup many, many times a day, warm ourselves by it, smell its contents, is one of these automated everyday actions that take place virtually incidentally.

But it is precisely these actions that represent moments of real life. They enrich our everyday life. Objects such as mugs and cups become faithful companions through our lives. They wake us up in the morning with a cup of coffee, they ensure that we are sufficiently hydrated during the day with plenty of herbal tea, they assist us during a cold with a hot ginger infusion, they help us digest a hearty meal with an espresso before the evening really gets going, they support us during breastfeeding with fennel tea and they ensure a peaceful night's sleep with a good evening tea.

That is life. Life with drinking vessels.

The capacity of our espresso cups is about 60 ml.

Are the espresso cups dishwasher safe?

The espresso cups may be cleaned in the dishwasher. Stoneware is a particularly resistant material, which means that the items will not be damaged by the mechanical stress and cleaning agents in the dishwasher.

How do I care for my tableware to keep it in good condition for a long time?

The onomao products are designed for a long durability. They are dishwasher, oven and microwave safe. Handle your dinnerware with care and be careful not to expose it to drastic temperature changes, as this can cause cracking. With our matte glazes, cutlery abrasion may occur over time. However, this is only superficial and is usually easily removed with baking soda and a soft cloth.

How long is the delivery time?

We do our best to process your order within 2 business days. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner DHL, it usually takes another 1-3 business days within Germany until your order arrives. Shipping to foreign countries may take a little longer.

Die Becher wurden uns falsch zugeschickt. Wir hatten 4 Espressobecher mit anderer Farbe bestellt. Es kamen leider nur diese 2 and die wir aber nicht bestellt hatten. Bei dem 4 Bechern handelte es sich um ein Weihnachtsgeschenk. Was dann sehr ärgerlich war da wir so kurz vor Weihnachten keine neuen bekamen (zu lange lieferzeit). Wir hätten dann diese Falschen Becher zurück schicken müssen was für uns sehr umständlich ist da wir auf einem Berg wohnen. Dann haben wir uns entschieden diese falsch gelieferten Becher zu bezahlen und zu behalten. Ich hätte mir schon mehr vom Service gewünscht , zumal das nicht unser Fehler war. Hätte die Firma die Falsch gelierten Becher übernommen dann wäre diese Bewertung alle Sterne wert! Und wir wären sehr dankbar
