The large plate is a friend of generous tables and is suitable for sociable family celebrations with homemade pizza as well as for small, fine creations for feast for two. Moreover, plates are no ordinary object: they accompany exuberant, harmonious, wild as well as quiet moments and are part of our lives day after day.

Our handmade large plate (L) was made in Portugal in a family business. A subtle curvature around the rim is part of the traditional design.

The large plate (M) of our collection TRADITIONAL is available in many glazes and was produced sustainably and fairly. Glazed and unglazed stoneware is suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher and may even be used in the oven. Small tip: the large plate (L) is also suitable as a cake platter!

Care should be taken not to expose the ceramic to dramatic temperature changes (e.g. pouring hot liquid into an ice-cold bowl or cup), as this can cause cracking.

Mario grew up in a pottery family and had just taken over the management of the family business at the beginning of onomao when we were looking for a manufacturer to be able to establish onomao.
