In addition to our online shop, we work with a handful of small shops where you can find a selection of our range. We also have our own shop in Cologne.

Sustainable action is very important to us at onomao. Our rugs are woven from leftover fabrics from the Portuguese fashion industry and are therefore made from recycled materials. The clay of our ceramics comes from the region of our pottery and is a purely natural product. We see fair trade with our producers and transparency as a basic requirement. Production within the EU guarantees short delivery routes with less CO2 emissions. We ship our products completely plastic-free. We only use FSC-certified paper as packaging material. We also reuse the packages from returns and from our producers. We send our packages with DHL GoGreen to support CO2-neutral shipping. Since our products are timeless in terms of quality and design, they are more sustainable per se than anything that is produced to be thrown away quickly. We see it as a duty to use our planet's resources sparingly and we will try to do even better in the future.

As soon as you have decided on an item, put it in the shopping cart. Once you have all the items you want in your shopping cart, click on ›Checkout‹ , enter your address and, in the last step, choose a payment method. By clicking on ›Pay now‹ your order is complete.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. In the confirmation you will find a link with which you can check the status of your order.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. Here you will find a download link to your invoice as a pdf and a tracking link.

When placing your order, you can change your delivery address in the ›Delivery address‹ step. Unfortunately, address changes are no longer possible for orders that have already been placed.

We offer you payment via PayPal, credit card, SOFORT transfer and invoice via external service providers. All of our payment service providers work with the highest security standards to protect your and our data and to enable a smooth and carefree payment process.

We usually process your order within 1-5 working days. As soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will usually receive your order within Germany and Austria in 5-10 days. In other EU countries and Switzerland it can take up to 15 days for your order to reach you.

Our environment is very important to us and we want to avoid unnecessary CO2 emissions. That's why we ship all our products with DHL GoGreen as standard.

Within Germany we charge a shipping fee of 6.9 € per order.* If you live in Austria, we will charge you 10 € for shipping. From a shopping cart value of 190 €, shipping within Germany is free of charge. You can find the shipping costs to all other countries here.

For the sake of the environment, we pack your order completely plastic-free. We only use paper and cardboard with FSC certification as packaging material. In order to avoid unnecessary packaging waste, we try to reuse as many packages as possible from returns from our customers and deliveries from our producers. Of course, we would be very happy if you find another use for your package.

As soon as we have handed over your order to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. Here you will find the tracking link with the tracking number of your package.

f an item is not of the quality you are used to, you can of course complain to us. Simply contact us here with your order number and briefly describe (also with a picture) what is wrong with your item.

Within the first 14 days, you have the option of returning your products to us within the framework of the statutory right of withdrawal.* Please note the requirements for a return. You can find out more here.

* Until the end of the year, an extended return policy of 45 days applies.

If you want to send something back to us, you will find a link to your return slip in the shipping confirmation email. Fill it out and enclose it with your return so that we can allocate your shipment.

Please ensure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can issue a full refund. Unfortunately, as we are a small company, we cannot cover the cost of returns. As soon as your return has been processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
