For goods deliveries outside the European Union may incur import duties (customs duties). Please note that we are not responsible for any customs duties. From a minimum order value of 190 € (value of goods) we ship your shipment free of charge within Germany. Gift vouchers are excluded from this rule.

 

HOW TO RETURN

If you want to return your order or a part of it to us after a revocation please note the following points:

1. Print the return slip

In the shipping confirmation email you will find a link to your return form. Fill it out and enclose it with your return so that we can assign your shipment later.

2. Packing and condition of the goods

Pack the items well to avoid damage in transit. It is best to use the package and packing materials you received from us. Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. Items that are returned to us broken or used cannot be refunded.

3. Franking of the return

Since we are a small company, we cannot cover the cost of returns. Please make sure that your return is sufficiently stamped. For packages returned freight collect and insufficiently stamped packages the applicable penalty fee of DHL in the amount of 15 € will be charged with the credit of the return.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 business days of the confirmation email being sent, via the payment method you used to make your purchase.

An exchange of articles is unfortunately not possible. However, you can easily place a new order via the online store.
