You can easily register your return or complaint here. Online purchases cannot be returned or claimed in our store.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Within the first 14 days, you have the option of returning your products to us within the framework of the statutory right of withdrawal.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to return individual items from a set.
In case of complaints, we kindly ask you to use our returns portal and specify exactly which items from the set you wish to complain about. Our customer support will then get in touch with you promptly.

Return instructions:
- Please enter your order number and postal code with which the order was placed and then select the items you would like to return.
- Select one of the given return reasons. In the next step, you will receive an email with a QR code that you can easily scan at DHL and drop off your package. Alternatively, you can print out the return label yourself.
- Pack the items well to avoid damage in transit. It is best to use the package and packaging materials you received from us. Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. Items that are returned to us broken or used cannot be refunded.
- Once your return has been processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 business days of receipt of the return via the payment method you used to make your purchase.
Unfortunately, in rare cases, your order may arrive damaged. We kindly ask you to report this through our returns portal to file your complaint. In the case of broken tableware, there is no need to return it to us. After verifying your concern, we will refund the amount.
If an item does not have the usual quality, then you can of course complain to us. Just contact us here with your order number and postal code and describe us briefly with one or more pictures what is defective in your article.
Complaint instructions
- Please enter your order number and postal code with which the order was placed and then select the items you would like to return.
- Select one of the given reasons for the complaint. For a better assessment from our side, describe us briefly (with a picture if you like) what is defective in your item. After that we will contact you and send you a shipping label.
- Pack the items well to avoid transport damages. It is best to use the package and packaging materials you received from us.
- Once your claim is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a refund for the claimed items within 14 business days after we receive your claim, via the payment method you used for your purchase.
To reduce environmental impact, we charge a small return fee that varies by location (see below). For claims, we will cover the shipping label. Refunds will be made minus the return fee:
Germany - 8€
EU (excl. Sweden, Finland) - 15€
Other countries - Send the package back with the parcel service provider of your choic
You will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 working days after the return confirmation email has been sent, using the payment method you used for your purchase.
Unfortunately, exchanging items is currently not possible. However, you can easily place a new order via the online shop.
