Casa Lawa

Casa Lawa was brought to life by Lukas Lewandowski in Sicily, at the foot of Mount Etna. A place that has become a magnet for people from all over the world through creative formats like pasta retreats and lavish weddings. Casa Lawa combines many elements and can essentially be understood as both a design agency and a boutique hotel.

Lukas Lewandowski has lived in various places before making Amsterdam and Sicily his homes. His work is shaped by the impressions and moments he has gathered along his journeys.

Casa Lawa x onomao

Two labels share a passion for food and design. Colors, visual strength, and fragrant food create a blend that touches the heart, offers a sense of comfort, and grounds us. Beyond taste, these elements bring people together and inspire new things. Even a ceramics collection can have a nourishing effect.

Casa Lawa’s distinctive color palette reflects a lifestyle: clear, vibrant, playful, joyful — full of sociability and happiness. Casa Lawa and onomao share an appreciation for simple, handmade pasta, gratitude for lively moments at a long table, and enthusiasm for design — in all its facets.

Lukas Lewandowski

Lukas Lewandowski is the founder and creative director of Casa Lawa — a creative retreat at the foot of Mount Etna in Sicily. After stays in Amsterdam, Berlin, and beyond, he brings his passion for design, community, and good food into projects, spaces, and objects.

With Casa Lawa, Lukas has created a place where colors, shapes, and flavors come together — through workshops, retreats, long tables, and collaborations like the one with onomao. His work is characterized by vibrant aesthetics, artisanal depth, and a refined sense of atmosphere.

onomao

onomao is the idea of combining beautiful products made with traditional craftsmanship and modern design. Sustainability and fair trade are fundamental prerequisites for onomao. Deeply rooted in Portugal, the brothers Arthur and Felix Wystrychowski set out in summer 2018 to find Portuguese workshops with whom they could establish a partnership based on equality. onomao is the result of their search.

Casa Lawa x onomao

Born from a shared love of food, design, and togetherness: the Casa Lawa x onomao edition combines Mediterranean lightness with artisanal depth. It’s about the small things — handmade pasta, a table bathed in evening light, a plate with a story.

Each piece in this collection is the result of a close, creative collaboration between Casa Lawa — a place for design, gathering, and good food at the foot of Mount Etna — and onomao. Lukas Lewandowski, founder and creative director of Casa Lawa, brings his passion for atmosphere, color, and form.

Crafted in Portuguese workshops, every object is unique — shaped by signature, material, and moment. For tables made to be shared. For spaces brought to life. And for people who love simplicity — when made with devotion
