Small but beautiful. Our LIMPAR soap dishes love washbasins, bathtubs or sinks and brighten up everyday moments.

Three oval circles are on our soap dishes and serve as a draining aid for soaps. Our soap dishes are available in several colors and different glaze styles. Hand-painted lines adorn the upper edge of the circles, while others come in a full-color glaze that is also applied by hand.

The soap dishes are made from stoneware in a factory in the center of Portugal. They are very robust and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Die Seifenschalen Manufaktur

Unsere Seifenschalen entstehen in einer Keramikmanufaktur in der Mitte Portugals. Die Manufaktur wurde 1988 von einer Familie gegründet, die auf eine lange Tradition in der Keramikindustrie zurückblickt und mehr als fünfzig Jahre Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Keramik hat.

Das Unternehmen hat sich im Laufe der Jahre stets weiterentwickelt, ohne sich von der traditionellen Komponente, die die Region Alcobaça kennzeichnet, zu lösen. Spezialisiert haben sie sich unter anderem auf die Bemalung von Hand. Diese Kombination aus Tradition und Moderne sagt uns sehr zu.

To what extent do the products differ from the photos in the online store?

Due to the handmade production, all products differ slightly among themselves in shape, color and texture. This makes each piece unique and gives the products their individual charm.

Where are the products made?

We manufacture most of our products in Portugal. Our glasses products are made in the north of Spain.

Are the products manufactured sustainably?

The onomao products are made in manufactories in Portugal. This means they have shorter transport routes and less CO2 is emitted. We use only recycled or natural materials from the region. In order not to waste resources, we also buy products with small blemishes from our manufactures.

How do I take care of my tableware to keep it in good condition for a long time?

onomao products are designed for long-term use. They are dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe. Treat your tableware with care and avoid exposing it to drastic temperature changes, as this can cause cracking. With our matte glazes, cutlery marks may appear over time. However, these are only superficial and can usually be easily removed with baking soda and a soft cloth.
