color: Cremeweiß
The unmistakable aroma of an espresso rounds off a sumptuous meal and leaves a memory of a beautiful evening with its spicy taste.

The handmade stoneware espresso cup stacks well and feels comfortable in the hand. It was produced under fair and sustainable conditions in a manufactory in the center of Portugal.

The espresso cup of our ABERTA collection is available in three glazes. Glazed and unglazed, stoneware is suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.

Collection Aberta

Our third ceramic collection is produced in a ceramic factory in central Portugal. The factory was founded in 1988 by a family that has a long tradition in the ceramic industry and has more than fifty years of experience in ceramic manufacturing.

Over the years, the company has continually evolved without detaching itself from the traditional component that characterizes the Alcobaça region. Among other things, they have specialized in hand-painting. We are very fond of this combination of tradition and modernity.

Our ABERTA collection is the first collection that we are having produced in Alcobaça.

LOYAL COMPANIONS

Most people think very little about the number of everyday actions. The fact that we pick up a mug or cup many, many times a day, warm ourselves by it, smell its contents, is one of these automated everyday actions that take place virtually incidentally.

But it is precisely these actions that represent moments of real life. They enrich our everyday life. Objects such as mugs and cups become faithful companions through our lives. They wake us up in the morning with a cup of coffee, they ensure that we are sufficiently hydrated during the day with plenty of herbal tea, they assist us during a cold with a hot ginger infusion, they help us digest a hearty meal with an espresso before the evening really gets going, they support us during breastfeeding with fennel tea and they ensure a peaceful night's sleep with a good evening tea.

That is life. Life with drinking vessels.
