The size
"Pepe", "Eusébio" and "Duartinho" are the minis among our vases. With their height of less than 20cm, they are ideal for table decoration, on the windowsill or on the side table. Small, self-picked bouquets of meadow flowers or individual stems of peonies, poppies and hydrangeas come into their own in them. Pepe has a slim, tall design, while "Eusébio" with its handle is reminiscent of an old bedside lamp. "Duartinho" opens at the top and is rounded off with hand-painted lines.
The colors
Our small vases are available in different colors. Both plain in white, green or blue and dipped in the characteristic onomao style. Only part of the vase is glazed and the other half remains unglazed and with natural clay. The "Duartinho" vase is hand-painted. It is available with an orange checkered pattern and with stripes in blue, green and red. The lines are painted by hand in our factory in Portugal.
The material
Our small vases are made of stoneware, which gives them a natural look. They are robust and will bring joy for many years. Because they are handmade, each shape is a little different, which makes each vase unique. The glazed surface and pleasant weight mean they fit well in the hand. To care for them, the flower vases should be cleaned regularly, either by hand with a mild detergent or in the dishwasher.
Our vases
The handmade onomao vases made of stoneware add individual accents to your home and are versatile. They are manufactured in factories in the north and center of Portugal under fair and sustainable conditions.
The vases are suitable as decorative pieces, be it in the living room, dining room, bedroom or bathroom. They can attractively display fresh flowers as well as dried flowers or grasses. In addition, they can also be used as functional vases, for example to provide storage space for wooden spoons in the kitchen.
Since our vases are natural products, it may happen in individual cases that the vase is not 100% waterproof and some moisture may leak out.
