As a salad bowl, it decorates the traditional dinner with a fresh salad of dill and coltsfoot. Apples like plums, it also provides accommodation or assists in the preparation of a pancake batter.

Our large bowl shows in its form quite traditional. It was made in a family manufactory in Portugal.

The large bowl of our collection TRADITIONAL is available in many glazes and was produced sustainably and fairly. Glazed and unglazed, stoneware is suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher and may even be used in the oven.

Color and glazes are applied by hand. With the glazing method used here "Reactive Glazing" each piece is unique.
Because it is handmade, each shape is a little bit different. We consider these natural variations as part of the beauty of each piece.

Every company can surely reflect on that one relevant collaboration that has fundamentally accompanied and shaped the path of individual development. For us, it's the collaboration with Mario.

Mario grew up in a pottery family and had just taken over the management of the family business at the beginning of onomao when we were looking for a manufacturer to be able to establish onomao.

With onomao ceramics we try to contribute to this culture of life. Through sustainable production and fair manufacturing conditions, they extend the cycle of conscious food intake. Our desire is to develop durable products that visually embellish the ritual of eating for many years.

What can I use the big bowls for?

The big bowls can be seen as a classic salad bowl. But they are also used for fruit or for mixing dough.

Are the big bowls dishwasher safe?

The big bowls may be cleaned in the dishwasher. Stoneware is a particularly resistant material, which means that the items will not be damaged by the mechanical stress and cleaning agents in the dishwasher.

How do I care for my tableware to keep it in good condition for a long time?

The onomao products are designed for a long durability. They are dishwasher, oven and microwave safe. Handle your dinnerware with care and be careful not to expose it to drastic temperature changes, as this can cause cracking. With our matte glazes, cutlery abrasion may occur over time. However, this is only superficial and is usually easily removed with baking soda and a soft cloth.

How long is the delivery time?

We do our best to process your order within 2 business days. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner DHL, it usually takes another 1-3 business days within Germany until your order arrives. Shipping to foreign countries may take a little longer.
