Stoneware plates
Our ceramics are produced in manufactories in Portugal, using raw materials that are pure natural products sourced from the region. For our two tableware collections, Klassik and Traditionell, we use stoneware, while our flower pots are made from terracotta. Stoneware is fired at a temperature of at least 1,130 degrees to achieve its characteristic density and durability. As a result, our products are naturally water-resistant even without a glaze. Since stoneware is a natural material and each extraction has slightly different compositions, our unglazed clay products may vary slightly in color — a reflection of their natural character.
